A warning to managers about Solorz’s children

As we read in Thursday’s “Gazeta Wyborcza”, on September 23 around 13 several dozen management staff from Zygmunt Solorz’s four main companies (Cyfrowy Polsat, Telewizja Polsat, Polkomtel, Netia) received a document signed by his three children: Tobias Solorz, Piotr Żak and Aleksandra Żak.

“The document has a +confidential+ clause and is in the form of a one-page scan of the original with the signature of the businessman’s children,” we read.

Where is Zygmunt Solorz?

As “GW” adds, “in the introduction, the sons and daughter inform that contact with their father has been difficult for a long time due to illness.” “Currently, they are not sure where Zygmunt Solorz is. They are seriously concerned about it,” the newspaper writes.

In the following paragraphs – as we read in “GW” – Solorz’s children “warn the management staff to be careful in accepting orders given by people whose recently acquired rights in this area may raise doubts.” “And to refrain from signing documents “the legality of which they cannot be sure,” it said. “In particular, they recommend caution when making decisions regarding the entity called TiVi Foundation from Liechtenstein. It is currently the largest shareholder, among others. Cyfrowy Polsat, but also other Solorz companies. It has 60-70 percent. their shares. The foundation was founded by Solorz himself and he is its owner,” informs “GW”.

According to the newspaper, Zygmunt Solorz’s children are “in a fierce dispute with Justyna Kulka, his current partner and Solorz’s wife since March.”

According to “Wyborcza” sources, Solorz is currently in Italy and contact with him is fully controlled by his wife. (PAP)
