I. The scope of duties includes:
1. Operational liability for the company Infor PL SA
2. Regular reporting of strategy results and key initiatives to the company owner, building trust and transparency in communication.
3. Development and implementation of a long -term development strategy for the media group.
4. Supervising the company’s daily activities and optimization of business processes.
5. Company budget management, monitoring financial results and ensuring profitability.
6. Analysis of new business opportunities and negotiations with partners.
7. Team management, including building and motivating employees.
8. Representing the company outside and taking care of relations with external stakeholders.
II. Requirements for candidates:
1. Higher education, preferred media, management or economy.
2. Documented experience in the digitization of websites, including design, implementation
and optimization of modern digital solutions, in accordance with the latest trends and technological requirements.
3. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in the media industry is a necessary condition.
4. Analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision -making ability.
5. Strong communication and negotiating skills.
6. Knowledge of financial and budgeting management rules.
7. The ability to build and motivate the team.
8. Knowledge of English at a level enabling work in this language.
