Earlier, without giving reasons, the Supervisory Board dismissed Arkadiusz Garbarczyk, vice-president – first deputy president of the bank's management board, from the bank's management board. As the bank announced in a statement, Bartosz Krzysztof Kublik is to manage the work of the management board from April 11 “for a fixed period, i.e. until the date of entry into force of the resolution of the Supervisory Board on the appointment of the President of the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska SA”.
Vice-presidents were also appointed
“At the same time, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Bartosz Krzysztof Kublik to the position of President of the Management Board, subject to the consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and on the date of issuance of this consent,” the announcement said.
On April 11, 2024, Tomasz Jodłowski was also appointed to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board – for a specified period, i.e. until the date of entry into force of the resolution of the Supervisory Board on the appointment of the Vice-President – first deputy president of the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska SA. At the same time, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Tomasz Jodłowski for the position of Vice-President – first deputy of the President of the Management Board, subject to the consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and on the date of issuance of this consent.
Also, as of April 11, 2024, the following persons were appointed vice-presidents of the bank: Kamil Kuźmiński, Krzysztof Łabowski and Michał Dobrzety – the bank announced.
All appointments to the Bank's Management Board were made for a new, joint, three-year term of office
As noted in the announcement, all appointments to the Bank's Management Board were made for a new, joint, three-year term of office starting on April 11, 2024.
The announcement added that, as of April 4, 2024, the Bank's Supervisory Board delegated Mr. Artur Stefański, Member of the Supervisory Board, to temporarily perform the duties of Vice-President of the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska SA until the end of April 10, 2024.
“Mr. Marcin Melchior Liberadzki and Ms. Marzenna Urszula Sendecka remain delegated on behalf of the Supervisory Board to temporarily perform the duties of Vice-Presidents of the Bank's Management Board until the end of April 10, 2024. Mr. Marcin Melchior Liberadzki will continue to manage the work of the Bank's Management Board during the delegation period,” it was reported.
