ProBoyacá announced the launch of the program ‘A liderazgo SuPersona’, a training school that seeks to enhance the leadership skills of young people in the department.
The leadership school opened the call for young people between 15 and 21 years old who are studying between ninth and eleventh grades to apply for aPromoted by the Boyacá business community, it aims to form a group of leaders who will transform the department with a vision for the year 2050. The Government of Boyacá and the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia (UPTC) are strategic allies of this initiative.
This school will feature regional leaders who will share their experiences and life lessons with the youth. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience a day as a business leader, a public service leader, and a social leader.
The activities will be carried out between September and November of this year, with a time intensity of 46 hours, plus individual support for participants in the development of their project proposal.
How to apply for scholarships?
Applicants for the scholarship to the school ‘¡A Liderar SuPersona!’ must send a video that identifies a problem in their region and an innovative solution to solve it. Registration will be open until August 15, at 5:00 p.m.
All young people from the department of Boyacá interested in participating can complete the free registration process, in which they must fill out a form in the calls section of the UPTC website or at the following link:
