Seven billion in one year
According to data from Bloomberg Billionaires Index, only In 2025, Strnad earned $ 7.9 billion – mainly on arms contracts for the Ukrainian army. The scale of his profits goes hand in hand with a tense international situation and growing pressure from the US, so that NATO countries increase defense expenses. He probably helped him in the success, proposed by the Czech president and coordinated by the Czech Republic, the initiative to acquire ammunition for Ukraine around the world. European Union countries pay this initiative.
Three times more in two years
CSG not only sells weapons, but also develops dynamically. Within two years, the company’s value was tripled, which shows how much role it plays in the European defense sector. Strnad reacted quickly to the market and increased production capacity, hitting the perfect moment.
American expansion and 14,000 employees
In 2023, CSG took over the Kinetic Group – a producer of the well -known Remington ammunition from the USA. The group today employs as many as 14,000 people on three continents: in Europe, the United States and India. The Czechoslovak group has long ceased to be only a local player – this is today a global tycoon in the defensive sector.
