Which professional group puts its clear resistance?
The greatest net trust – that is, the difference between trust or lack of it in a given entity – in terms of using AI tools, they enjoy Technology companies (26 pp), and the smallest (5 pp) – public administration. In the transport industry, this difference is 25 pp, in industrial companies 22 pp, in the financial sector of 12 pp, in the media and entertainment industry (6 pp) and public administration (5 pp).
“AI Sentiment Index” was prepared based on EY studies between December 2024 and January this year. Among 15 thousand 60 people from 15 countries. The results were supplemented with deepened interviews with 135 people.
