Andrzej Klesyk will take up the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He has many years of experience. Managing partner at Cornerstone Investment Management, in 2007-2015 he was the president of the management board of PZU. Previously, he worked at the Ministry of Ownership Transformation. He co-founded Handlobank and Bank Inteligo, which is his own project. In the years 1993-2000 he worked at the consulting company McKinsey & Company in London, later for over 4 years he was a partner at the Boston Consulting Group. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin and also completed MBA studies at Harvard Business School. “I am glad that my knowledge and experience will support the MJM Holdings team. The second of the newly appointed members, Vincent Vandendael, has extensive international experience. Most recently, he served as the President of the Management Board of Everest Insurance (Europe), and in the past he chaired the Supervisory Board of Lloyd's Syndicate 2786. He was also Chief Executive of Lloyds Europe in Brussels. “Vincent's presence on the Supervisory Board strengthens our resources and commercial relations on international markets, which is crucial in the process of building the MJM MGA platform,” emphasized Michał Chmielewski, Vice-President of the Holding for International Affairs.
