In accordance with the assumptions of the Responsible SEGRO program, all energy purchased for customers of the company's warehouse parks comes from renewable energy sources.

SEGRO provides full service of the park and its 24-hour security. Customers will find here a convenient communication system with wide internal roads and maneuvering areas, 167 parking spaces for passenger cars and chargers for electric vehicles, as well as an automatic license plate reading system. A huge advantage of cooperation with SEGRO is a team of dedicated property managers who ensure quick response to emerging inquiries and high responsiveness on the part of the owner. At the same time, it is worth noting that in the 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey, as many as 100% of respondents expressed satisfaction with cooperation with SEGRO and the team of property managers, and also positively assessed the company as a real estate supplier. In the same study, 98% of respondents declared that they were satisfied with the park services.
