Tesla and lawyers representing the company revealed a settlement in documents, on Monday at the Federal Court in San Francisco, but No settlement conditions were disclosed. The car manufacturer and his lawyers did not immediately answer Reuters’ requests for comment. However, the plaintiff’s lawyer refused to comment.
The trial in this matter with the participation of the jury was scheduled for April 2026.
What was the lawsuit?
