The total remuneration of the management board member responsible for trade and logistics amounted to almost PLN 2.46 million gross. The remuneration of the management board members: Patrycja Klarecka, Józef Węgrecki, Armen Artwich, Adam Burak, Jan Szewczak and Piotr Sabat amounted to between PLN 2.26 and 2.42 million.
The remuneration of the three remaining members of Orlen's management board amounted to between PLN 1.44 and 1.66 million: Robert Perkowski, Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak and Krzysztof Nowicki.
In total, the entire management board was paid just over PLN 24 million in 2023.
As the supervisory board recalled in the report, the total remuneration of a management board member consists of a fixed part, a variable part and additional benefits.
Members of the supervisory board for 2023 received almost PLN 150,000. to over 184 thousand zloty. The highest amount was collected by the chairman of the council, Wojciech Jasiński. Janina Goss, canceled on December 13, 2023, received PLN 159,000. PLN, and Michał Klimaszewski, who was a member of the council until the end of October 2023 – PLN 147,000. zloty.
The remaining council members were paid almost PLN 170,000. to over 174 thousand PLN per person.
As recalled in the report, the remuneration of a member of the Orlen Supervisory Board consists of a fixed remuneration and reimbursement of expenses.
