– We move away from all kinds of solutions that are not technologically. In addition, the benefits are increasingly suited to the expectations of many groups as well as generation. There is also a significant upward trend when it comes to introducing family benefits, i.e. those that the employee’s family can also use – explains President Edenred Polska.
And what is the future of the benefits market? Do you need any regulatory changes? Sylwia Bilska indicates that evolution rather than a revolution is recommended.
– It would be great for it to go in the direction of, for example, indexation, so that we do not worry that inflation or minimum wage increases very fast – says Sylwia Bilska.
