On Wednesday, Mariusz Grab resigned as the president of Grupa Azoty ZCh Police and as a member of its management board. “Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne ‘Police’ SA (…) informs that on February 15, 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust Ms. Anna Tarocińska, a Member of the Company’s Management Board, with the additional exercise of the rights and obligations of the President of the Company’s Management Board of the 9th joint term of office, until appointment of a new President of the Company’s Management Board,” the announcement said.

The company also informed that Tarocińska submitted a declaration that the activities she conducts outside the company are not competitive with the company’s activities, she does not participate in competitive companies as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company, and does not participate in in other competitive legal persons as a member of their bodies.
Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police is responsible for the implementation of the Polimery Police project – the construction of an integrated chemical complex, which will include installations for the production of propylene and polypropylene along with auxiliary installations, a transhipment and storage terminal and logistics infrastructure. “This is one of the largest investments in the Polish and European chemical industry,” the company noted.
