Together with the Quant Tank Institute of Expert Debate and Analysis and under the patronage of the Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics, CCIFP prepared a report in April on the contribution of companies with French capital and Polish-French relations to the development of the national economy. It shows, among other things, that:
France is the second largest foreign investor in Poland, and the cumulative value of French investments in Poland in 2022 amounted to PLN 108 billion.
Companies with French capital, of which there are nearly 1,200 in Poland, are present in virtually all sectors of the economy, such as industry, information and communication, transport and logistics, trade, and business services.
French investors are long-term partners of the Polish economy: every year they reinvest almost half of their profits earned in Poland, and the suppliers of goods and services are mostly Polish, local entrepreneurs. Every fourth company with French capital permanently cooperates with over 500 Polish companies.
The pandemic and the crisis caused by the war in Ukraine have led to the strengthening and dynamic development of Polish-French cooperation, which is becoming one of the driving forces of the economic development of the entire European Union.
