PZU. The competition for the president and members of the company’s management board is starting

On February 23 this year, the supervisory board PZU she canceled Beata Kozłowska-Chyła as president of the company. She was delegated to temporarily perform the duties of the president Anita Elżanowska.

The announcement of the qualification procedure for the position of the company’s president shows that the deadline for accepting applications is March 8, 2024, and interviews with candidates qualified for the second stage of the qualification procedure will be conducted from March 13 to 27, 2024.

The company also informed that the subject of the interview will be in particular: experience and qualifications necessary to perform the function of the president of the management board, knowledge of the scope of activities of the PZU SA Capital Group, knowledge of the enterprise management system, with particular emphasis on the specificity of the company’s operations, knowledge of the principles of operation of companies. commercial companies, including companies with State Treasury shareholding and public companies, and knowledge of the sector in which PZU operates.

On Wednesday, an announcement was published on the qualification procedure for PZU management board members responsible for supervising issues in the company’s business areas, in particular individual, group and corporate sales, insurance products, operations, claims and benefits handling, investments, IT and technology, business development, security and corporate affairs.

The deadline for accepting applications for candidates for management board members is March 8, 2024, and interviews with candidates will be conducted from March 13 to March 27, 2024.

In mid-February, the Extraordinary General Meeting of PZU changed the composition of the insurer’s supervisory board. Seven council members were dismissed and nine new ones were appointed.
