Stanford University Opens Graduate Scholarships: What Are the Requirements to Apply?

Stanford University in the United States has launched a call for applications for its (KHS) program for 2025, aimed at international students seeking funding for their graduate studies in any of the seven faculties offered by the institution, including business, earth sciences, energy and environment, education, engineering, humanities and sciences, law and medicine.

This program not only covers up to three years of college tuition, but It also offers a stipend for living expenses, academic materials and an annual round-trip ticket to Stanford.In addition, the selected students will be able to participate in the (KGLP), an initiative that aims to train courageous and visionary leaders, capable of tackling the world’s most complex challenges through enriching experiences.

To apply for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Admission to a graduate program at StanfordApplicants must be admitted to a full-time graduate program at Stanford, such as DMA, JD, MA, MBA, MD, MFA, MPP, MS, or PhD.
• Date of graduation: Applicants must have obtained their bachelor’s degree in January 2018 or later, either in the United States or at an internationally recognized university.

It is worth noting that the KHS program does not impose restrictions on the age, field of study or professional aspirations of candidates. It also does not require endorsements from other universities or educational institutions, and there are no limits on the number of places per discipline or program.

The scholarship includes:

• Financing for up to three years of studies.
• Remuneration to cover tuition and other academic expenses.
• Funds for subsistence, including accommodation, food, books and local transportation.
• An annual round-trip airfare to Stanford.
• A one-time relocation stipend for new interns.
• Additional funds for academic enrichment activities, such as attending conferences.

The deadline to apply for this scholarship is October 9, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.Pacific Time, according to Stanford’s official graduate admissions website.

“Decision times vary by program, and the graduate program to which you applied will notify you of the admission decision according to the program’s notification schedule,” the institution states on its website.
