Chile continues to stand out in the field of higher education in Latin America. According to the THE 2024 ranking (), The country has 23 universities among the 100 best in the region, which reflects the high quality and specialization of its Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Chile’s geographic and climatic diversity allows for the development of unique programs in areas such as the environment, renewable energy, astronomy, engineering and mining, as well as in business, ICT and health.
To explore these educational opportunities, On August 15 and 16, the free fair ‘Studying in Chile: postgraduate and continuing education’ will be held at the University of La Salle, in Bogotá. The event will take place on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Those interested must register on the website learnchile.cl to attend.
During the fair, 11 Chilean institutions will present their master’s, doctoral, MBA, technical and continuing education programs. Information will also be provided on immigration procedures, degree validation and financing options. In addition, You will be able to learn about the scholarships available through the Chilean Agency for International Development Cooperation (AGCID) and the National Agency for Research and Development (ANID), as well as those offered by participating institutions.
The fair will take place after the Latin American and Caribbean Conference for the Internationalization of Higher Education (LACHEC), also at the Universidad de la Salle, where Learn Chile will have a stand.
This fair represents an opportunity to learn about educational options in Chile and explore academic opportunities in a country recognized for its excellence in higher education.
