– The idea itself is great and modern. Attorney Karolina Schiffter, a partner at the PCS Paruch Chruściel Schiffter Stępień Law Firm, also assesses the idea of granting labor inspectors the power to conduct remote inspections positively. However, she notes that the method of its implementation will be important: it must take into account the specificity of employee documentation and strive to reduce the burden on the inspected company.
– Employee documentation cannot be sent in an unencrypted way to the e-mail address of the inspector conducting the inspection – emphasizes attorney Karolina Schiffter. – Its circulation should take place via a dedicated and secured PIP platform or via currently used portals, such as Praca.gov.pl Whether e-PUAP.
