My electrician 2.0 program

My electrician 2.0 program assumes funding of up to PLN 40,000. PLN to buy an electric car. It is scheduled to launch at the beginning of next year. However, only natural persons and sole proprietorships will be able to benefit from the support. No subsidies are provided for entrepreneurs, who have so far constituted the largest group of buyers – reminded “PB”.

Previous edition of the program

Theoretically, entrepreneurs can still receive leasing subsidies from the previous edition of the program My electrician 1.0.which will operate until the end of September 2025. In practice, however, the recruitment of applications was suspended due to the exhaustion of the pool allocated for the so-called leasing path, amounting to PLN 660 million out of PLN 960 million of the entire program budget. National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, who deals with My Electrician, is scheduled to resume accepting applications next spring. However, when the program ends, there will be no subsidies for electricians for entrepreneurs, the newspaper said.

We are at risk of wasting EU money

As “PB” reported, experts say this is a big mistake. We are at risk of wasting EU money allocated for the second edition of the program.

“The funding pool in this program, amounting to PLN 1.6 billion, is unrealistic to spend because the beneficiaries of the program are natural persons and sole proprietorships, which do not belong to the key categories of electric car buyers,” he noted, quoted in “PB” , managing director at the Polish Association of New Mobility (PSNM) Maciej Mazur.
