At the same time, the market structure is changing – there are more and more acquisitions of not only small entities, but also well-developed companies that become part of larger organizations.
The key driver of these changes is technology. Process automation, development of ERP systems, integration of financial and HR data and use artificial intelligence they result in organizations capable of making large technological investments gaining a competitive advantage. First acquisition after name change

In March, the company finalized the acquisition of Ground Frost and Ground Frost Outsourcing with offices in Łódź and Warsaw.
