The festival will take place in Piwniczna-Zdrój from 6 to 8 September. The programme will open on Friday at 8:00 PM with the 600 m Lachów and Górali races, in ties and high heels. The first race will feature members of regional teams taking part in the Lachów and Górali Festival, the second race will feature anyone wearing a tie under their neck, and the third race will feature women in shoes on a platform. The same day will also see the Mila race (1609 m) and the 7 km Night Race.
On Saturday, at 2:00 AM, participants in the 7 Valleys Run over a distance of 100 km will set off, at 8:00 AM – the 7 Valleys Run over 60 km, and at 8:02 AM – the 7 Valleys Run of the Koral Mountain Marathon, which is almost 42 km long. At 10:00 AM, children aged 9-12 will compete in recreational and fun runs, separately for girls and boys, and at noon the start of the Sądecka Dycha Newag over 10 km is planned. At 8:45 PM, Night Nordic Walking and Sądecki Nordic Walking Under the Stars will begin, over a distance of 4 km, with the latter competition intended for residents of the Sądecki district. At the same time, the organizers invite you to the Night Family Run over 4 km.
Sunday will open at 8:00 with the 23 km Mountain Run, followed by the Half Marathon participants at 8:02. At 8:30, the 11 km Mountain Run and the 11 km Poprad Valley Nordic Walking Championships will start. At 13:30, children up to 8 years of age will start in a 300 m recreational and fun run (girls and boys separately), and at 14:00, the 1 km Run. At 14:30, the Fancy Dress Run will start at approx. 600 m, in which there will be no time measurement and the winners will be… the most interestingly dressed participants.

The Running Festival in Piwniczna-Zdrój is also an Iron Run competition. It will last 3 days. On Friday, September 6, participants will take part in the Mila run and complete two loops of the Night Run, which is 14 km. On Saturday, they will start at 2 am in the 100 km Ultramarathon and at 8:45 pm in the 4 km Run. Sunday is the Half Marathon and the 1 km Run.
An additional field of competition during the Festival are the races within the Polish Masters Championships. They are attended by competitors who are over 30 years of age and are registered with the Masters association.
On September 6 there will also be a closed competition for schools called Aktywny Małopolanin.

During the 15th Running Festival, recreational, cultural and culinary attractions are planned, including those aimed at children. And one of the prizes for participants is a Toyota Aygo X car worth almost PLN 71,000. It will be drawn at the end of the event among those who finish one of the nine races indicated by the organizers within the time limit.
