The median price of used cars increased by PLN 3,099 m/m and amounted to PLN 35,999 in November, while the number of cars on the market decreased by 4% m/m to 271,605, according to the AAA Auto report, based on the analysis of data regarding used car sales at commission offices, on websites and at used car dealers.
“Even though it still persists large import of old cars to the secondary market, Our data shows that used cars for sale have lower mileage and are younger than before. This means that the secondary market is supplied by a growing number of new and middle-aged cars of domestic origin. This is good news because it proves the slow rejuvenation of vehicles on Polish roads, and secondly, it increases the safety of buyers of second-hand cars, who can more easily check their history,” said the CEO and president of the management board of Aures Holdings, operator of the international network of AAA car centers. Most diesels
In November this year sales offers most often presented cars from diesel engines – 123,978, ahead of cars with petrol engines – 122,774. Next were cars powered by LPG (11,066), hybrid (10,683), electric (3,000), CNG (93), hydrogen (2), E85 ( 2), also given.
